The texting rule is all about kids just like you having texting additions like for an example talking to your friends and texting on cell phones and/or telephones all the time it never stops so you can make a difference to stop cell phone additions and you can put a fight to the cell phone additions. So here is how the whole thing goes, if you have a friend and if she/he spends so much time talking and texting friends on there phones you need to tell them that it is not good for there friendship and talk to there parents about there addition and invite the friend over to the conrasation and tell him or her about there addition and tell them that they have been spending to much time on cell phone expect your friendship and they need to take a break from there cell phone (say it nice and sweet) and take there cell phone away for at least a week. If that does not work at all then maybe they care more about there cell phone then your friendship so I hope you that is not true so follow my advice and good luck.
